My stay was quite frustrating, marked by unexpected issues and a lack of effective communication from staff. The room felt outdated and was unclean upon arrival, which made the experience uncomfortable. However, the hotel's proximity to various attractions, including Disney, was a definite plus. The service, while friendly, didn't fully address my concerns, leading to further disappointment during my visit.
